I want to introduce a book to you that I think epitomizes what I hope this blog will do. It is called “Dinner Table Devotions & discussions starters”. We have been using lately in our family and love it. There is one page for each day of the year. The devotion includes information from the Bible and real life comparisons. Most days really are something you can sink your teeth into (LOL). Then several verses are listed in the margin and discussion questions are at the bottom of the page. The Bible verses have been perfectly matched to the devotions. But one thing I really love is that it is interesting and challenging for ALL ages. If you are experiencing a devotion time as a family, then this might be just what you need. The first dinner is a little awkward as you try to figure out who reads and when they read. However, after the first one it just fell into place for us. I feel like the purpose and quality of mealtime has drastically improved.
